Shocking story from Sweden and the disrespect for their native Swedish population, this incident makes me sick and disgusted with the Swedish authorities.

A legal practice has evolved in Sweden whereby any Swedish citizen who is not a person of Swedish background - i.e. not belonging to the indigenous Swedish population but in most cases has an exclusive immigrant background - can bring legal action against anyone they allege has hurt their feelings or insulted them, in reference to gender, sexual orientation, skin colour, religion and more and with damages amounting anywhere from $2,000 to $20,000 USD, under penal code (brottsbalken) 16:8 - a totally insane rubber paragraph.
Anybody in Sweden can become a victim of this modern thievery. The money
after minor judicial proceedings is confiscated from the offender by the state
and then handed directly to the offended party. The law is so lax that you could conceivably ask any foreigner the time, to which they might take offense and set
the police on you from their cellphone.

The leading character, a pensioner 73 years of age, is called the person of Swedish background because that is the official designation given to indigenous Swedes by their own government, as if they were merely another ethnic group in the glorious rainbow patchwork quilt that is our modern multicultural society.
Put quite simply: a typical person of Swedish background meets a typically clothed Muslima in a cramped area. He feels provoked to say to the Muslima standing almost in front of him: “I suppose you´ve got lost?" (“Har inte du gått fel?”).
The question is obviously not understood, as it seems, so the person of Swedish background delivers the elucidation: “I mean, in such clothing shouldn’t you be in the Middle East — what are you doing in this inhospitable country (ogästvänliga land)?
Evidently the Muslima gets upset. She consults someone on her cellphone. Before the person of Swedish background continues on his way he says to the Muslima: "Go back to Lebanon or Dubai!”.
The Muslima chases him. After some hundred meters the person of Swedish background turns his head and says: “Fuck off, stop chasing me!”
Now the Muslima starts screaming at the person of Swedish background: “This will be your final evening! and "Just you wait, you’ll be sorry for this!" and "Now it is finished!”
Suddenly two Muslim men appear and join the Muslima. All three continue to chase the person of Swedish background — who is not running, but walking as fast as he can — through a housing area for a few hundred meters; they yell at him to stop because they have called the police.
The person of Swedish background is well-informed about how the multicultural system functions, and that ethnic Swedes are never proved right against the culture-enrichers — at least is that the practice — so the police are no option for him.
Finally the person of Swedish background arrives at an underground locked garage, which he unlocks and enters. The self-closing doors work slowly, so the Muslim trio enters after him.
The person of Swedish background demands that they leave the “private premises”, and the Muslim trio refuse — one of the men says: “We live here!”
The person of Swedish background exits the garage, with the Muslim trio still hanging after him, two or three meters behind his back. Then the person of Swedish background makes a rush for the garage, gets in and hurries through the garage some 100 meters to a locked door with the Muslim trio close upon his heels.
The person of Swedish background manages to unlock the door, to get through and finally to push with all his might to shut the door with the Muslims pressing on the other side of the door. Click, the door is locked and the pursuit is over.
The reason why the person of Swedish background couldn’t get rid of the Muslim trio, run away or anything, must be mentioned: the whole time he was accompanied by two unleashed dogs, 12 and 8 kgs big, who did not understand at all this strange behavior of their master.
The only thing the person of Swedish background had said during the chase and since he asked the Muslima to: “Fuck off, don’t chase me!” was in the garage: “Get out — you have nothing to do here!”
Later — that is ten months after this episode — the person of Swedish background is picked up by an armed three-man police patrol and brusquely brought to the police headquarters, where he learns that the Muslims that same day had visited the landlord’s agent’s office to identify the person of Swedish background, he with the two small black and white dogs. Then the Muslims went to the police to report the person of Swedish background for:
1.: Threatening to kill the Muslima,
2.: Chasing her
3.: Cursing her
4.: Calling her names
5.: Offending (kränkt) her sensible Muslim soul, and
6.: Being the reason why she had to seek treatment for her weak heart the next day.
7.: The Muslima demands SEK 50,000 ($8,000) in damages.
The police investigation is continuing.

Härmed ingives till Polismyndigheten i Lund anmälan gentemot två i Lund boende personer dels för falsk tillvitelse, dels för olaga hot.
Personernas namn och adress(er) är ej kända av anmälaren. Personerna torde vara väl kända av polisens kriminalavdelning, som utgående från vad som i det följande skildras utan svårighet kan finna de nödvändiga uppgifterna om ifrågavarande personer i den akt som specifieras i det nedan följande.

Denna anmälan är uppdelad i tre avsnitt:
Första avsnittet skildrar upprinnelsen till att polis och åklagare numera är inkopplade.
Andra avsnittet skildrar min initiala kontakt med rättvisan, dvs polis och brottsutredare, samt innehåller relevant resonemang, som har direkt anknytning till situationen.

Denna anmälan är också, som jag utlovade den 21 april 2008 under den påtvungna vistelsen i Polisborgen, avsedd att informera utomstående, blogosfären i in- och utlandet, pressen, representanter för makteliten, och andra som kanske bör veta hur ett ärende av denna typ hanteras i dagens mångkulturella Sverige; jag har därför nödgats att skriva detaljerat. 1. Första avsnittet
Upprinnelsen till att en person med svensk bakrund, som senare kommer att benämnas antiislamisten, blivit enligt polisens brottsrubriceringen: skäligen misstänkt för att ha hotat en muslimsk kvinna till livet.

1. Skäligen misstänkt
Konkreta, objektivt underbyggda omständigheter föreligger som med viss styrka talar för att en viss person har begått den gärning som misstanken avser. På denna misstankegrad kan till exempel husrannsakan utföras.
Exempel: Ett vittne har sett hur en person stod vid den plats där plånboken låg.
2. På sannolika skäl misstänkt
Misstanken framstår vid en objektiv bedömning som berättigad. Exempel: Ett vittne har sett att en person har plockat på sig plånboken.
